cd's are stuck in my mates au dash, wont come out how do i go about this?

this is one of those occasions where a pair of tweezers are your friend.

when you press eject and the disc comes up just grab the edge of it with the tweezers and pull it out..

Be careful though... I repair car audio and see so many head units come back with stuffed discs in them because people try to pull their CD out with tweezers or needle-nose pliers.
