does anyone know if the ef fairmont comes with cords for an amp ?? or do i have to fit my own one?

fit your own, a half decent set of RCA's will s**t all over anything from the factory, and there's no way the power wire will handle the current draw fromay worthwhile amp

hrm, year i spose.. but all im adding is a stock 8inch sub :S

how long will it take me to add the wires ? i see they cost about 35 bucks ?

Took me about an hour to wire in power. earth wire to head unit, amp power-on from headunit and rca's from head unit to the amp in the boot of my EB.

I bought a amp install kit from Super Cheap for $19.00, I don't have a high power amp etc, just one to run a 10 sub, for decent bass, not doof-doof.. :wink:

Power connections down drivers side,
RCA down passengers side

removed back seat bottom, run cables down side of the doors under the kick panels - real easy - had to be, I am deadly with any sort of tools!!!
