Hey,

I own an EF and have made up my own sub box containing two 12" Subs. They are facing the front of the car and are held in place by a locating piece of wood fixed to the top of the box which slips into the parcel shelfs factory 10" Sub hole.

My problem is the parcel shelf vibrating, Is there a way to either reduce the vibration or remove it completely?

Cheers!

If you want to be cheap, stick some fabric between the parcel shelf and your box...or foam from packaging. If you want to do a proper job, get some Dynamat (or equivalent) and cover the underside of the parcel shelf.

There is some spray on stuff you can buy...supposedly doesn't work as well as matting, but still does better than nothing and cost isn't as much as matting and you can spray in hard to reach places.

If all fails...try egg cartons :P
