Hi Guys Nice forums :)..... I am currently installing a new sound system and need help with the front doors(mainly Left) with running a new wireing loom into it for new 6" and Tweeters and just need some help with finding out will i need to take the dash of or can i somehow find the wire somewhere where the door meets the body... help would much appreciated

the wires for the front speakers are behind the kick panels in the floor wells. from memory (which is shocking) the wires that you are looking for are grey and one of them has a green stripe on it and mayb the other one is grey an black/brown stripe.. no doubt ive confused you more lol

Thanks for the welcome yeah im running a EF Fairmont with a few audio mods to go which include a 12" sub, 6" splits and a 500W amp and some 6"9's.... the wireing from the door seems to come up alot higher than the footwell gaurds so im confused :P

its all in the the big plug so whats the problem?
also you have the tweeter in the dash on the fairmonts.

Hmm yeah but i need to runa new wireing in there since i am using a croseover unit(so i cant piggyback the Speakers and the tweeters) and why have em in your dash too big holes i got em on the door

there is a standard hole for the tweeters in the dash.... they may look like ventilation holes. take a look when ur out of the car and see if there are some in these holes
