those are for the rear speakers so will be easy to hide ive mounted the tweeter coaxially as if gives your the mounts to do split/coax...

i dont want anything showing now thinking sub box with the amps screwed to the back of it and a board blocking off the back so it wont be seen but still good air flow over amps

Nice, simple neat and effective.
Very common way to do it.

only issue im having is in my head how im going to do this boot install... i was going to make fake floor and have amps in there but they will probably get to hot with no air circ!!! so im thinking subs in the boxs agaist the seats then the 2 amps on 2 shelfs behind them and a fake fold down wall blocking the boot from the amps??? suggestions are wellcome!!!

If you build a false floor you simply need to have 2 cooling fans built into it to circulate air. One on one side as a pull fan drawing air in and one on the other side drawing air out.
That will be sufficient especially with amps as large as the ones you have they should not be working too hard anyway.

cheers for the tips pyroay!!!
i think the false floor is the way to go as i been told by a few ppl now that screwing to the back of the box will cause most viabration and they have seen solders in the amp viabrate loose
