FRMTRD is when the player picks up a non audio CD (like MP3's etc) and it's trying to decode whats on the disc (or trying to read the disc)

error 11 is a dirty disc, but it may also be a dirty lens

FRMTRD=format read >>>>this is when the unit is reading the CD text tags of the mp3 CD and can take some time depending on how many tunes you got on there
ERROR 11 (& others)=scratched or dirty disc or can also be an electrical prob in which case the manual suggests to switch between sources so use tuner for a bit then try again
ERROR 22/23=when the unit cant play the info on the disc ie unsupported format
ERROR 44=when the disc has no audio files on it

hope this helps
