hey guys. i have a au2 falcon ute.

ive got aftermarket head unit. its a sony thing. ive got 2channel amp amping the 6inch in the doors and just recently bought a 12inch sub and a monoblock amp... all went well when installing. untill the end.. when it didnt work

both amps are powered seperatly.
both amps are grounded at different places..
rca is going from head deck into input of speaker amp, then from output of speaker amp into the input of the monoblock
the remote wire is going from the head deck into the 2channel amp, then into the monoblock... with it connected both amps do not work, the monoblock powers up but the protection led come on..
when the remote wire is not connected to the monoblock, the speaker amp works fine...

ive fiddled with everything i can think of but it still doesnt work.... help me please

What happens if you disconnect the rca cable between the amps? Does it still play up? What about if you disconnect the remote from the 2 channel amp and just have the mono block connected? Does it still play up?

when the rca is dicsonnected from the mono it still plays up and protection light comes on, and when the remote wire goes directly into the mono the protection light still comes on

if you can try swapping all the power wiring from the 2 ch to the mono and see if it still does it with only the mono connected to power..

nope, same thing.
i changed the rca cables so the mono is the first amp to get the signal, and it still doesnt work, but the 2ch does, although the remote is going to the 2ch first

totally remove the 2 ch from the car and just try the mono on it's own using all the power cables from the 2 ch and see what happens....
