i just got 2 12" subs installed, the subs work when the radio is on, but not when im playing a cd?

i need help

i'll bet the remote wire the amp is connected to is only for the radio aerial

thats what i thought as well......look for the remote behind the Head unit and plug it into that and not the ariel thingy.

Hope it wasnt a professional install thay you paid for as they should know the different between "ANT" and "REMOTE"
