Dang that's a big sub. Definately won't be needing one that big and powerful when I get around to installing a sub.

the "doof" is insane!.. much better than the 2x12 (Pioneers)in the crappy fabricated box i u'se to have.. (POV) I noticed last night on a cruise into the city for a bit of cruising action on george street that the subs vibrate the front window so much that the big electronic signs over head on the powerpoles are hard to read and blurry when the bass fires.. 8-)

i got only 1 type r 12inch sub, but running 500wrms into it, pumps allright... made custom vented box like the american way with the correct alpine dimensions...

and those 2 subs you have with running 1000wrms will give a nice real deep punch.. and nice box.

Hey freak! not a bad job there! just a question are you going to put a divider into the box?and we must think alike, because I just finished my new box today and ended up in the same place as yours before I even read your thread! mine's a little different though! on the note of securing the box down, just put two L brackets behind the box and screw them down, then put two screws in the lip of the parcel shelf! thats how I did mine!
