There was a lancer sedan that posted 150dB with four 12" Sony (pentagon) subs if I remember correctly. Sounds like you're gonna have some mumbo in that car......

Why not save a bit more money and get 2 monoblocks ;)

save.....haha.....man i just started working.....PART-TIME.....i am still about sixth months away from getting stuff. But i am thinking about it and i thought i might as well get an idea about this ohm stuff and if i should go 12"s or 10"s.

Ive got an idea for 4 speaker set up. u can have 2 facing forward behind the seat, but cover the whole back of the seat with MDF (maybe carpet it) so when u flip down ur seat u can see 2 x 12s. maybe have a perspex centre between the 2 12s so u can see the amp through it. then in the boot u could put the other 2 12s facing the opposite way and maybe angle the subs in any direction. Towards or away from each other, so another words its like putting 4 subs back to back.

I use free-air based subs. so i wouldn't know much about enclosure.

but its just an idea. :) hope it helps
