Hi guys have a BF XR8 Purchased recently second hand, It has premium sound and REX rear DVD entertainment system. There is also a Set of Auxiliary sockets in the center console but I have no idea what they do and how to select them. Selecting AM twice on the stereo only selects the Rear DVD system.

Does this look like a dealer fitted accessory?
Any tricks to selecting it so I can Run an MP3 Player through the stereo

I'd say its related to the DVD system, rather then the headunit.

They are RCA's so I would assume that a DVD player was plugged in there, or similar media item. tried plugging anything like a DVD player in there?

I have only plugged in a MP3 player using the red-black Aux plugs but no sound haven't tried the yellow video input. Did the REX system have a RCA Input?

have sorted it out it is actually an Aux input to the Rear DVD system, so I'm assuming for gaming consoles and things like that. but not only do you select Aux on your stereo but have to also select Aux on the rear DVD system.
now can Use an MP3 player in the car.

Thanks guys.
