I installed a new ignition assembley today, and left it in ON for half an hour, as per the docco. the problem is that i have tried this method 3 times now with no success, can someone please clarify the procedure for learning new barrel codes?

Thanks

Close all the doors, remember to leave the drivers side window down.

Turn off all lights and accessories.

Once the smartlock light stops flashing, after 30 minutes usually, the door locks will "cycle lock" twice.

From that point you have 30 seconds to start the car.

Otherwise, try that procedure again.

Good luck and I hope you get your car going again.
