hey,
ive finished her off to the functional stage..., subs are installed as well as sound deadning inside the box. (Pics below)

The difference in sound was very different, it took me alot longer to tune my gains and low pass filter etc, and i am noticing a very distinct difference in the types of music that are being played. E.g. the EQ settings for dance/house don't suit r'n'b as well as they used to. (i know there not suppsed to be the same but in the old setup i could not notice much of a difference) I think its time for a new head unit with more eq settings....

I think it still needs a bit more works because there are way more rattles that were not there before.

Overall the sound is alot tighter and less muddier than what it was with just the box. if you've got any more questions about the install dont hesitate to drop me a line....

i had no plans to recess the amp for the time being, but was considering creating side panels which will run adjacent to the back board and recessing a couple of amps in there. That'll probably have to wait for a little while tho...
The trimming should be done soon, i have to get off my a*** and go buy some carpet... What colour carpet should i get? I was thnking black because my gear shift boot and cluster surround have been done in black to create a contrast....
