isnt there a doco on here that tells u how to make one? from memory ford charge an arm and a leg for it...
maybe the doco was in FM1 and its lost?

BA 289455 AA. thats the auxiliary audio plug in part number.

The part number BA289455AA is the complete cable.

It costs < $30, not a bad buy.
