I am a total noob to car modification and such. I am still not old enough to get my P plates but I have gotten myself a 98 Falcon Futura. I am having problem just removing the dash plate for the HU. I have searched so please dont flame me about this. If you could help by posting a link or just saying how to do it would be great.

I have been able to remove the screw on the left under the ash tray, I cannot work out how to get the other screw out because there is about 3mm of clearance to get a screwdriver in so nowhere near enough room. Please dont flame me because I am keen to eventually change the head unit. How do I get the other screw out below the lighter??? and remove the dash plate.

Also any other helpful hints to change the factory head unit would be greatly appreciated.

there is only one screw, the other side is a clip, lever it towards you pulling from the lower right hand side.

I can hardly fit my pinky finger in the gap between the head of the screw and the fasica bottom. I couldnt get a screwdriver in there and have enough room till unscrew the screw.
