Anyone know which wire is a piositive ignition signal wire on the EF and where I can find it please?

an easy place to find it is behind your stereo, there is a red and a yellow lead from memory, yellow is continuous power and red is switched by the ignition.

That's accessories power, but I think that's different to a positive ignition signal (it's for the alarm)...

Good place to tap this power source is underneath the fuse in the engine bay. It's the "long" block of fuses, near the coolant header tank.

Suspect IGN may be a good place to go looking with your multimeter!!

Or find the ignition wire off the key switch for the in cabin option
