Hi Guys,
Im car went off the road for awhile - upgraded intake, heads etc etc.
Since then the power antenna doesnt work - worked fine before hand.
Its a EF Fairmont Ghia
Any ideas?

unless there is a relay in the underbonnet fuse box that might have had some wiring pulled on, it may just be coincidence?

can u hear the motor working everytime u turn the acc on? If u can, its the mast which has striped teeth. pretty cheap to replace

^^^^ The motor noise is the clincher.
The antenna segments do bind up as well, you can remove the antenna from the motor, and free them up.

Check that the wiring is still ok under the guard, and check it all the way back to the deck.

You could use a multimeter on the wiring under the guard to check if it's getting the power it should.

If it is, the Antenna is dead. If it isn't, its a wiring problem.
