is ther any point in just replacing the stock rear speakers with beta 6"'s and leaving the 2 front 1ns stock?

would probably be better saving money and looking to get a good set of splits for the front

I wouldnt really bother with the rears unless you drive from the back seat!! Spend the money up front rather than the rear.

dunno where he has em, but my mate has his rear splits where stock speakers go, but then a little fibreglass mould on each side of the parcel shelf against the back windscreen that house the tweeters (two tweeters each side, RF punch series splits have two tweeters per midbass)

Have the tweeters mounted flush on the small grilles in the corners. Will be spraying the speaker grilles grey when i have time oneday..

id tend to start replacing the front pair of speakers with a decent brand of splits.. then work on replacing the rear speakers.. replacing all four at the same time will gain you alot in sound quality over the factory crappy old paper cone speakers..
