get them in less than 2 weeks now..... iv actually finished this install now apart from put the new headunit in but freaking photoshop is playing up and wont let me do pics

Cheers Sam, Thanks for throwing them up for me (my photobucket account is rooted!!)

as you can see, iv finished the boot off completely now, all wired and botled in, Only thing left to do is throw the new headunit in fire her up!


i also want to make new top cover plates when i get a chance because as you can see the first designs didnt work too good! spoilts the look of the install.... other than that i think it turned out ok For someone who has never done this s**t before

No problems Southy. Looks a million bucks. Turned out awesome. Did a good job. Top covers do look a little outa' place though. What thickness wood did you use on them? They look thin as.

Top stuff there, the clean look is certainly something I would go for, and you have a fair bit of space left too which is good. Well done, damn good for a first go.

Looks like you've got a bit of rust happening though.

yeah, sam we had issues with boot lid clearance, so we just found some thin old crap stuff we had lieing around and gave that a go, didnt work tho...
