This was originally a post for how big the holes were for speakers on the AU falcon... now I've got different thoughts...

Gold Coast Car Sound has an "Epsilon" upgrade package for just $150.00

1 x EA6.1 - Epsilon Alpha sers reference splits
1 x EAA6930 - 350watt 3-way 6x9 speakers

Anyone got any thoughts on these? It's for the AU falcon... I have a Pioneer 200W head unit... don't need to change this for a long time to come, it does what it's meant to do, so it's staying.

I need excellent sound front and rear, sound deadening (because I'll be damned if I ever drive around with rattles from a sub like some people have...sounds terrible), and a good amp (around 200WRMSx1@4ohms) for my sub (which I already have)

Can anyone tell me any good brands/speaker sizes/types of set ups/prices/places...

I'm lost. And I know if I walk into AutoBarn without getting any knowledge under my sleeve I'll end up paying double what I have to..

Cheers!

Ky

Cheers for that - anyone got an answer for those Response speakers or know of any good branded speakers/speaker sizes to install?

The Jaycar stuff is really good bang for buck. As with all speakers, they'll only sound best when driven with the right amp... and with door mounted speakers the doors should ALWAYS be prepared and sound deadened as door frames are far from the ideal speaker enclosure!
