what brand speakers are best out of pioneer/kenwood both same power rating on box

honestly doesnt matter, make sure to look out for RMS power. If you can post up the specs of both of the ones your looking at i can tell you which is best on paper, but just cuz one says 90w rms as apposed to 50w rms doesnt mean that the 90 rms is better its all in the ear of the listener.
