A6 is DLS top of the range monoblock. They are very good sounding and have the highest dampening factor of any amp i've ever heard of. (which gives very good sub cone control)

rated at 1,200rms @ 1ohm they have all the usual things you'd expect form an amp at that price point, internal fan + outputs to control the speed of external fans, remote gain control etc....

IR12's are very good. I am running a pair in my set-up and they are some of the most accurate subs i have heard. A bit plain looking in comparison with the IDMAX (which i loved)

Very nice subs, although hard to get hold of.

sorry i mean between a dual 2 ohm and a dual 4 ohm,

simply that one sub has a dual coils one with a lower impedance (resistance) compared to the other.

The difference this makes just depends on what amp/sub combo you are going to run them off.

See if you had a 1ohm stable mono block amp and was chasing the most from your sub amp combo then... a dual 2ohm coil sub can be wired to run at 1ohm in parrallel where as the dual 4ohm sub can only be wired to run at 2 (parrallel) or 8ohms (series).

You follow sort of or not really ?
