Hi Everyone,

I have a Pioner DEH-1350 and i have hooked up a sub and amp in my EA fairmont ghia. I couldnt find the spot of put my remote trigger wire in the back of the headunit. In stead i diconnected my ciggy lighter and connected the remote trigger wire to that for temporary sake....Can someone please tell me WHERE the remote trigger wire should connect in the back of my headunit?

thanks

Pioneer units usually have a blue wire for the trigger wire.

yep the pioneer looms have a blue wire.. run the blue wire to the amps remote in...
the problem with running it on the accessory line is when ever your keys are in it the amps on,, if that doesnt bother you then i guess it doesnt matter...

just keep it on the ciggy lighter +ve, all the trigger is is a voltage source that turns on when the ignition is on, the ciggy socket is fine for that, and its not dodgy, its prolly better then running it from the hu, i prefer to have seperate sources for everything but yea suit urself, the hu blue wire will work also.

most trigger wires are blue with a white stripe but if u put it on a acc or ignition which i think is also blue with white wire it will work
