my ears are happy with the infinity gear i've got so far. my second system i've done, first was mostly pioneer and a JL sub

was very happy with the JL too... SQ on a budget :)

if i were to do splits again, i'd be looking at focal
but i'm still finishing my system off... waiting for another kappa perfect 12.1 and the alpine MRD1001D to power 2 of them :)
looking forward to it

pioneer - hehe helps having a mate whos dad is the state manager!

but besides the good prices, with my splits up front, the 6" down back, and the HU, all up for about $600 (RRP over $1k or so) i'm really happy with the setup...

All my gear is Pioneer... my uncle is the sales rep for car audio and home entertainment so i get everything about 1/3 of the price...just orderd two 12" 2000W dual voice coil subs and the 510 D class amp... should cost around 600 all up.. the amp is worth 700 on its own so it works out fukn good..

Really? I'm pushing mine off my Rockford 1000.2 (250W RMS 2x @ 4ohms)

You talking about Boston Pro 6.5 ?
