im lookin at gettin 20"s for my EF, theyre 20*8.5 Xoni Claw[/u] and are actually made for the pre-au with the pre-au offset.

i need to know what modifications have to made so that these wheels actually fit...ive had my guards rolled because my 225's rubbed once so i got that done. and things that need to be done so that they dont rub or have any major problems....

any one who knows anything about this, a reply would be greatly appreciated and tell me what you think of the wheel...

cheers!!

I see a thread about 20's.... Everyone knows they want 20's!!!

Love them!! Shouldnt have any issues with upper ball joints as your rolling diameter should still be the same, or close too.

Now if only my bank balance allowed for 20's...

I think they would be illegal.

Largest size EF's had was 16's apparently you are only allowed to go 2 inches above that. Don't know if its the same in WA but its like that over here and i think in the eastern states.

I think you need an engineers cert for more than 20% bigger in wa So 16 * 1.2 = 19.2 so if that is right then they r illegal but it isnt something you would be pulled over for

my mate just bought a set of 20's for his EF, they where 3800 with hankook tyres. Im pretty sure there made by zennetti, there new black dish with polished outside lip looks mad it so low as well. But lets face it the rims are worth more than the car i dont see the point seriously no offence. and its a slugg big time lol.

el gt wheels were 8.r inch wide werent they?

and yeah the legalities on wheel diameter go on overall height. and in nsw its 15%. so the easiest way would be to measure the height of the largest optioned wheel and tyre in millimeters, and do the same with the 20's and whatever tyres are going on them, and do the maths on the difference
