I found the other day that the previous owner put air horns in the XG ... hee hee ... much better than a standard horn ... it's a higher pitch than standard as well ... one less thing to modify on the car.

I replaced the standard horn in my xh with air horns. To achieve this I removed the original horn and it its place made a "bracket" to which I attached the compressor and the air horns.

are you guy's talking bout the plastic ones or the full size truck ones. my effies got two double clusters proudly upon the roof with a nice crome chain hanging from the roof to honkem

they run off a 25odd liter air tank out of a layland truck. am waiting on a bit of time to put the compressor and another battery in but the tank last's 4-5 days or 30-40 seconds of blast.

ARE THEY LOUD
a lady in a bmw talking on her phone after the light had turned green nearly jumped through her sunroof when I let them go

mwohahahahaha

unfortunatly she was so startled by the time she picked up her phone we missed the light. who said there no such thing as kama

they are good for scaring Kangaroos off the road! mine is hooked up to my hornbuttons on the steering wheel but to use it you need to have the rear demister turned on its like a secret butten and, the air horn is mounted behind the bumper so if u get pulled up they have to pull your car apart to know u got an air horn.
