I decided to blur it just so the licence plate was out of focus. Put you hat around the right way too. Just looks gay.

hi all, sorry to bring this thread up agian, but browsing through www.ozeparts.com.au ive found out that they actually have clear/altezza tail lights for the ef/el series but no pics as of yet. Theyre priced at $200 for a set.

i myself am not too interasted coz i have a 4wd tx3 laser to play around with but ef/el owners might wanna check em out.

You're right about the incorrect listing. I got a catalogue from their wholesale arm and it was wrong there, too. I spoke to them about it and they've recently finished the tooling for standard replacement tail lights. That means they're half way there in regards to developng clear lights ie. they just have to pay for a different lens.
They're going to do some market research on the viability of doing them, so if you're serious about getting them, post your interest here and I'll pass the info on to the right people.
Cheers, Bob

I have rang them up, and he says that they have nothing for the EF/EL at the moment.
He also advised me that they have released a few trial sets, which to me means that they are trying and they SHOULD have some in the future 8-)
Cheers
Chris

heh, they're working on it at least!

the ones on the SSV list are for an EA, would have thought the EB/D light woudl be more suitable but hey. Be interesting to see what they look like.

Agreed. I'm with this bloke. I'm keen if they aren't gay like the VR-VS ones...

yeah, those vs ones look real gay... sometimes on lancers too... 1 million body stickers and fake grilles dont hel either... i like the new monaro tailights... theyre stil similair to a stock light but just unique enough to stand out.... stil red lenses... not over the top like the vs ones...

Cant say that i am a big fan of those lights.... I would have to see them on a EF in order to decide if I like or not...
