Ok... Just went down to Bob Jane and spoke to my mate. Apart from the typical FORD wheels that every E-series have, there are the following available...

- AMG Quakes - 17" $1250, 18" $1600

hahahahahahahahahah! you make me laugh!
quakes are on the list that every e-series have, and they look s**t imo.
i'd say go the phooon ones u got up there if u cant find anything else. the new phoon ones look s**t, so it'd be interesting to see what these look like on them ;)

He said "good ones" ... Maxxis 235/45 R17 I think... That's what they were saying over the phone so I don't know what ones my mate were quoting for. No less than the Maxxis anyway...

I know every Tom, d**k and Harry has the Quakes Mitch. They are common as... Thus they are fitted to the Commonwhore above. I was just putting up the non-FORD wheels that my mate told me were available.

The CSA's are a lot less common but IMO look s**t.

But yeh, like you said, it'd be interesting to see what these look like on a EF.

I've got adaptors now and, apart from the fact that they're defectable, it took me ages to get them fitted so that I got no vibrations. It was not fun...

Throw a set of GT-P's on there. They look insane, and you'll be very pleased with the end product. So upset i didnt go for em :(
OR, try and get a set of Koya Octanes in chrome. They are a very nice wheel!

Yeh I'm steering right away from MOST of the FORD wheels as they're way too common on the roads. There are barely any Typhoons on the road and therefore, barely any Typhoon wheels :D Not to mention I've never seen them on an EF before.

But I'll have a look into Koya Octanes... But not in chrome, yuk!

Found em. Koya Octanes 18x8" in Hyper Black with a machined lip... $960 with tyres or $1620 with tyres from Wheels Online.

What do people think of them? They're about the same price as the Typhoon's... They look ok

235/40/18

Doesn't give a brand or anything... But $1620 doesn't include shipping costs... Which will mean $1700+ for them with shipping which makes them seem a hell of a alot less attractive...

The koyas are sweet. I hate quakes and csa rims are older looking designs. I still think those typhoon rims would look great though.
