Dont all AU utes regardless of series have the series 1 (also xr) bonnet? In which case I dont think it would fit.

I've seen a few au utes with this type of grille starting to get around Brissy, I think all you would have to do is get a series 2-3 bonnot for it to work.

Yes you can chuck a S2/3 Bonnet on a S1, or ute. But you will also need the Bonnet Latch as well.

Check out this ute:

Yep thats all. A S2 Bonnet, and the matching Bonnet Latch, and you'll have a high-series bonnet.

And the opposite. For me to put a S1 Bonnet on, I'll need the matching Bonnet Latch. And i'll be a step closer to my XR Front.

Cheers

don't do it, it'll look f**k on an XR, trust me. The gap between the xr grille and lights would be too large, would look heaps bad.
