Only issue you will have is with fitting the wiring harness into them.
There is a plate you can get to add to the door for fitting the
wiring harness, part number BA 14C344 S $19.75

i am going to put all the au gear in the ba door anyway, will the au trim go straight on?

Yes the Door trims will fit but as I said, the wiring harness from the AU won't fit in the door properly, the boot is different and you will need the number I put here.
