Redbacks all the way bro. Once they carbon up and put some pacies behind them they sound great. Thats what i got. 1 muffler and resonator so its loud enough to mean business but basically no drone with a 5speed manual. Igot mine from benalla on clearance for about $120 and $50 to fit on the spot as i travelled from Melb to get em.

+ 1 for a 2.5" redback with a rear resonator.

Had a system on my EB Sedan and also have one on the Wagon.

Good note, not too loud, can still hear it with the windows down just cruisin, but with the windows up you can still have a normal conversation at highway speeds.

Cheers
BenJ

I had a supercat system on my car for a while. It had the rear resonator.
I liked the sound, it was subdued but sounded pretty good when you got up it, and no droning on the hwy.
The bends aren't the smoothest and the fitment isn't great, but it wasn't terrible.

The input to the centre muffler cracked so I now have a redback centre section. The redback muffler is slightly longer but it still sounds great, maybe a little deeper and refined compared to the supercat.

+1 for the red back system.i picked mine up for $60 with twin mufflers off boosted falcons.mine only has one muffler no resinator and i like it when the cars running fine there's no drone and its an auto plus i have a gutted cat so its pretty loud when you put your foot down.try and find a decent second hand redback system.

cheers daniel

i got one off ebay for 140 or 160 plus postage, cant remember how much exaclty, pretty sure it was one with a redback muffler no resonator, sounds good when you get up it and it had mandrel bends which seem good, i noticed a small gain in power but it was definatly enough to feel just not enough to brad about, the only problem is on the auto it drones at 1500 rpm and its quite loud when i put the foot down, used to scare me when driving along side a bus if i put the foot and and drop back 2 gears lol,
