The Globes are the same. Ford Part number ELB 453 (H3) $20.30.
The only change in globes is the BF onwards Fog lamp, they use a special type globe, part number 12362 LLMC $74.00.

im pretty sure they cant be the same, becuz they do look different, like the ba ones, i had on the xr bar, had like a wire thing hanging off it,

but this one looks like the globe is kinda moulded to the base, and yer the foglights are genuine bf f6 ones, so would that mean it would be the newer ones, and if so, what H type is it, as im gonna be buying some new globes on ebay, diamond visions.

If they are genuine lights, all BF foglights are H11 globes. Use the same foglight assembly as the BF Ghias.

So expensive globes.

And FG Falcons not XR's.
Subaru and Suzukis as well but are equally as dear as Ford.

Tell me about it.

I wanted to get Phillips Blue Vision lights to match the rest of my lights, but in H11 they are $125 a set... $90 trade. :?

You can get some ebay cheapies, but they dont seem to last long.

Worst case you can modify a H9 globe to fit. Takes 30 sec per side and about 1/4 the cost.

i managed to get the globe out and it is a h11, ive just got some ebay xenon ones for pretty cheap which should match my headlights in 5000k. hope they last but only costed 8 bucks, i have diamond vision headlights 5000k and in h11 all you can get is blue vision or crystal vision which isnt the same colour im pretty sure... not sure which one is closest to it.

They dont really last long compared to decent brand globes.

And the the weather seals they use arent all that crash hot and don't lock properly. I've had to buy a couple of sets to get some that dont leak and dont undo themselves.

But it is why they are $8 or $10. You can buy a few and still ultimately be ahead.

yep thats it, the only prob is when i get my intercooler put in they will be a bit harder to change the bulbs as i wont be able to just reach through the front mouth in the bumper, ill have to undo the whole splash guard underneath. maybe ill get some good ones before i do that if these dont last that long, but im not a person to use em during the day like some people do.
