Silly question, but is that a gas lpg set up(mixer) with a blower?
If it is ,were there any problems to set it up for the mixer system?
I have got gas injection(max15psi gas press)
and was looking at installing a capa system.
Looks tops :)

Its a Gas Research Install, GRA setups make it very easy to setup for boost pressure.
the car is straight LPG, plenty of turbo XE's etc running straight LPG.
seeing yours has gas injection is would be a different story though, but i imagine it can be done.

Haven't tested it, the car was supercharged for about 3 weeks before i pulled her off the road and decided to give her a new paint job, and it grew form there :P

G'day

What holds the bulge on? Did you just epoxy it on?

Cheers

The bulge is actually a real XR8 bulge that has been welded onto my bonnet. Basically i got a damaged xr8 bonnet, cut a hole out of the skin in my EA bonnet and welded the new bulge in (i did not cut up the frame underneath). We then started smoothing off the edges with fibre glass, then came the idea to raise the sides to create the lines (which is why there is so much fibreglass in the progress pics). Basically a whole lot of grinding and shaping took place, finished off with a layer of body filler and there you have it :)

Looks f**k great man.
I said it in the other engine bay thread, and I'll say it again.
I bet you can't wait to get it back on the road and cruising :D

gas injection has injectors, its like comparing EFI vs a carby.
