after you take of the tappit cover.there is the dale on the cam.i wind over until i have got it up top of the motor than get some cable tires and tire the timing chain to the sprocket this will stop the chain jumping a tooth. undo the power steering pump of the brackets.u will see the chain tenioner.loosen it and tack out the small bolt and there is a small filter in there.take it out as well.than there is a allen key head inside the hole .to undo this you have to push in and turn it to wards the front of the car.this loosens the chain.once done that you can undo the nut on the cam. than undo the rockers start in the middle and work your way around until all are loose.move the timing chain with sprocket to gether.remove the cam ,to put back togeather is the same but in reverce also i for got to say put a rag down the motor near the chain so you dont loose any thing going down the motor .when you have it back together make shore you relock the chain tenioner .if you have any problems let me know and i will help you threw it good luck mate cheers mark
