Ok I'm going to post up this pic. A lot of people wont like it, but its a work in progress. Alot of the rice stuff is/has being removed ie. licence, roof scoop etc.

This was taken about 2 months ago, a little dirty to.
However its close to what people have shown above.

that's it, don't think the blue will be that vivid though, probably more of a fade towards the edge of the stripes, but gives a good idea

Sacralige, i say, how dare you compare the 2, one will never be the same, it screams try hard cobra owner to me, dont de-face or demean the cobra stripes, the two dont mix, for me anyway. Might as well get the kit, which i think comes with Monster tacho, neons, 5 in cannon and some stickers for the front quarter.

so what makes a cobra, I have a cobra intake, did have the rocker covers, but they didn't fit, will have the right ones soon, and I have my other mods below, I'm not after bling as you are suggesting, god forbid the milo tin exhaust and I hate stickers, if anything I would see it as paying homage to a legend car, isn't that sort of what they have done with the latest black with gold stripes, hmmm gold stripes, can we try that, maybe champagne to match the wheels, thanks for your input, I'll put you down as a gay vote, so far it's pretty even.

Not putting s**t on ya, it just doesnt go, you can never make an E series look like a Cobra, like putting a Ferrari intake on it, but it never will be a Ferrari. A Cobra makes a Cobra.

i guess when he say "paying homage to a legend car" he means "paying homage to a legend car" not making a e series look like an x series,
if anything its a look at what could have been if ford had continued making cobras.

mabey if you went the gt stripes down the side instead of the cobra down the centre go for the rest ie kit shaker s**t like that but i reckon it would look neat either way leanin more to just stripes down the side like the ba gtp but go for it
