I know at least 1 of the engineers down here (Ian Weatherhead) does them made to order, amoungst other things (such as reducing the with of mags, etc.).

So true. I bought a set of 17" AU CSA's with tyres off of eBay for $400 and though I got an awesome deal. Then postage cost $200 and on top of that hub adaptors cost me $125pr. In the end the wheels cost me just over $850. Still cheap but I should have just saved up that little bit more and got E-series wheels.
