so it cost $ 1000 bucks for the part that is just around the head lamps not the bottem of the bumper just the plastic kit around the headlamps ?

man $1700+ for grille & lights/brackets not painted for geniune ford parts and they may decide to write my car OFF

The actual bumper bar and the light muolding bits are all one piece, thus if you wanted to take off your EF style xr lights your bumper would come off too. Like this but imagine its a standard XR style bar not venom. 
Although i think some people have seperated the two....
