hey guys just after some advise. I own a DF LTD in mocha foam and the paint work isn't in the greatest condition and i was wanting to get it resprayed. What would be a fair price for it to be resprayed in the same color with all dints knocked out, new chrome trims, rear quarter panel fixed (there's bog in there and its rusting due to bad previous repairs). Just after a rough estimate for quality work?

I have just been quoted approx $5500 for a complete respray of my EL XR8.

by complete respray do u mean engine bay and door jams and staying the same color as it is now?

same color respray if no pannel damage or rust needs to be done looking at around 2.5k in 2 pak, thats if your not using custum paint

oh ok i see. I'm just asking because i have been quoted $3000 for all dents knocked out, some rust on back right quarter and dodgy previous repair work, exhaust hole on rear bumper filled, no paint on engine bay or door jams and in same color back to bare metal just wondering if it is a resonable quote?

in a respray you get all outside and door jams edges of gards and bonnet,
will cost more if you need in the eng Bay done, cost atlest 5k+ if you change coloB

they should do door jams as you will notice the color diffrance if it isnt, will make it look s**t.
