bought a el factory five speed a couple of weeks ago i've put exhuast and stereo in it but its got a dirty big bull bar on it was wondering if anyone knows how to pull it off

If It's integrated with the bumper with the optional ford item, then you need a replacement bumper.
keep it and mount up the big spotties.

Exactly. Dont think you'd be able to wangle one onto an EF without some major surgery.
They look fkn tough on XGs though...
