well i just fell in the e series trap i have a eb xr8 and a ed fairmont 6

the bootlid on the xr8 has dints and scratches so i thought id do the obvious and swap boots

STUPID ME they have different locks and different catches

has anyone else swapped around how did you swap latches /or get them to work

they do? i thought they were all the same.. like the obvious locks makes sence, but catches are the same guess you could just swap all the locks etc off it.

yeah nope different bolt holes for the latch and locks im fookd looks like its of to the panel beaters
