Don't know where you are gettiong your fiberglass from but I used Home Hardware, Diggers brand. 1 sq meter of fiberglass is about $10 and they sell resin by the litre can also catalyst.

so far just the silastic.. with plenty of clamps.. -as in the photo's.. the fibreglass will reinforce the rear of the bar..
And havent used any fibre glass material yet.. just gettin the two pices together with some silastic 1st..

fabz.. in a lil while.. as there will be plenty of "finishing to the bumper once the two piece's are joined properly"..

ive been away for a couple of days.. but has given the silastic some time to dry... tomorrow i shall be endevering to sort out the fibre glassing aspect of the job.. will have some update shots soon.. :wink:

didnt get much done in the way of fibre glassing.. did lightly sand it and give it a coat of "under coat".. stil have a bit of finishing to do.. mainly with gaps between the joins../shortening the wheel arch mould and fibre glassing... heres a few shots..
