can anyone give me a quick run down on how to remove a rear bar off an EF

Ride: GTHO PH 1 EF ex chaser

Location: Willow vale, GOLD COAST
QLD, Australia

1. Remove bumper outer end shield retaining screws
2. Remove bumper retaining screws to quarter panel from inside wheelwell.
3. Remove bumper attaching bolts located under the floor covering at the rear of the luggage compartment.
4. Slide bumper rearwardsto disengage mountingarms and side supports.
5. Disconnect licence plate lamp connector.

Reverse the proceedure for refitting.
