I'm going to check out a set of side skirts, door pods and a rear lip from an EF XR6 (for $100 too, it's a bargain), but I want to know;

a) whether an EF kit will fit onto an EL Fairmont and,
b) how I'd go about installing them myself, as I can't seem to find anything on installation through Google (specifically the side skirts and door pods.)

Cheers.

Ef kit should bolt on. There pretty much the same thing
El was a little fatter and where they came up at the ends they where higher.
Pods were also bigger.

Might be worth checking if its an original tickford, as aftermarket dont always fit well

Didn't end up getting the kit, unfortunately. The guy ended up being a total psychopath.

Yeah here's hoping. I really love the look of the EF/EL XR body kits.

And yeah, I rang the guy asking for his address and he just lost his s**t, going nuts over why I wanted to know before calling me a 'nigga' and asking me where I lived so his 'homie' can come 'drop me on the front door'. That's the Northern suburbs for ya.
