Hey Everyone,

Just bought myself an EF XR6 which i'm very happy with. Unfortunately it is missing the left hand side bonnet vent because someone flogged it. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement. I'm in Canberra.

I had a look for a number for you and the EL one is listed different? The Bonnet is the same so? but anyway, the EL one IS still available $192.00 Part number is ELTVE 16C629 A. Try john McGrath Ford at Phillip, Belconnen or Mitchell.

The EL had a different style vent so thats why it would be listed differently. Same size and shape just different vent styles, EL had a 'one-hole' vent while EF had the 3 tear looking vent.

Get in touch with AWC (http://www.awcinfo.com/index.php) if you want them new, $110 pair according to the website. Look under 'Ford bodykits' and the the EF XR link.

Or try the wreckers if theres one local and see if you can get one in the same colour your car is.

Thanks for the info KwikXR, I have never sold one of them and wasn't aware of the change. Good price those aftermarket ones
