ive noticed a strange happening whenever i put the indicators on, headlights on or off, dosent matter.

the cornering lamps flash at the same rate as the indicators :?

i know there sposed to go on and stay on while the indicator is on.

can anyone let me know as to whats happening with this? it would be muchly appreciated. :)

alfy
cornering lamps were only fitted to fairlane ghias and they stayed on with the indicator.
If they were fitted to a fairmont ghia someone has added them and run them off the indicator circuit. Hence the flashing.
Best bet and best look is to change the wiring from the indicators to parkers so when your headlights are on they are on all the time. many members with fairlanes have done this and many farimont members who have added them to theres have done this because it looks better and is more functional
