Thinners won't harm cured paint. Yes, you screw through the bottom of the door skin and into the tags.

Ahhh hence why there are so many screws...its slowly making sense. Should be finsihed off tongiht.

Yeah well 9hrs still not completed, should be finished off tomoorow.
Made a mess with the sikaflex (oops!) so forgive that when you see hte photos. |

OK here is the mess wiht the Sikaflex..
How do I get all the black s**t off the car? 
First time with Sikaflex, put a bit too much on, now I got black fingerprints and outlines on the door spat. |
