I'm looking at getting a genuine EL sunroof, I know of one going cheap and I was just wondering how much I'd be looking at to get someone to fit it for me?
It comes complete with everything needed to make it work, I just need it installed. Ideas?

professionally, I paid $1100 for mine to be fitted. That was the sunroof I provided, and they made a new roof lining to suit (as they chose bot to use the one I gave the installer with the roof).
If you are game, you could have a go yourself

So many pages I would have never found that by myself. It doesn't seem to difficult really! I've looked at a few different installs now, on youtube too, and if you take your time it may just be worth saving the $1100

BenJ's thread is indexed so it makes it a hell of a lot easier to find stuff. Have a look through the 'Garage' sub forum, heaps of good info on different mods to be found there.

In saying that, measure more than once before cutting and you should be good  .

I think if I decided to do it myself I'd be doing everything possible to make sure I got it right haha.
 "Measure twice..." is way to little times haha.
