so im in the market for a BF GT front bar and some side skirts to match. i've been told by a few members that dealing with fibreglass is crap and will crack and f**k up in no time. so i wanted to know where i might be able to purchase a good quality SECOND hand BF GT front bar and some skirts.

ive tried www.fordautosalvage.com.au and www.fordwreckers.com.au/index.html and both have none.

im a little struck for ideas? but if its too hard to come across obviously i will resort to fibreglass - i would just like to know who has the best quality and reasonable prices.

didn't think the GT skirts would fit a waghoon?

Don't go with Fibo either... It's very very average to put it politely!

na they dont..but i got quoted a good price for them to be customised to be fitted! something a bit different.

so u rekon even tho the fibreglass is alot cheaper..seek out a second hand genuine bar? longer lasting? better product?

GT skirts won't fit a Wagon, they need to be lengthened. Also if you want a front bar you will need the XR lights, a few of the Fiberglass Manufactures make a GT bar than uses the XT headlights. IMO these bars look quite good, check on some of the web sites you have listed and check with Bob Hall he is a site sponser and ifhe has then he will do you a good deal.

mate, to be fair to those with fibo... it can look good... but if it takes a hit, or reacts with the sun, bad fit... whatever, it looks cheap as! Thats IMO, I'm sure others will differ, but remember, fibo has a market for budget buyers!

Munch had some GT legit sideskirts a while ago, PM him.

I have one left hand side GT Sideskirt here, Narooma Blue, never been on a car before, yes its plastic, not fiberglass for 200

Im hearing you on Fiber Quality, my front bar is Glass.. never again, the rest is plastic, id rather pay the premium prices for genuine over fake from now on!

Yeah i was looking at the fibo kits but after my experience with the EL XR kit i bought (No offence to Bob because thats who i bought it off) i thought never fibo again, not for the quality of his product, but just the material itself
I was lucky i found a whole typhoon kit on ebay cheap, also helps me with joining my bumpers like in my sig pic, should help with extending the skirts for your wagon

as long as you find one...
