There is an EB up here with them on and IMO it is not as bad in the flesh, and with the lower profile rubber certainly an improvement over the stock steelies.

cant say i have seen your car around, had a look at your ride in the gallery and dam its hot, i do want some AU tockford rims but they guy wanted to much for them, these were all i could afford at the time, you are right to say they are poor mans bling coz i am poor, but hopefully someday soon i should be getting some nicer rims,

cheers for the feedback (good or bad)

Territory steel rims are heavy ... but surprisingly only about half a kilo heavier than BA XR 17" alloys.

It's not a bad look ... and cheap for 17"s if that's what you want.

I have been running the same rims on my ute for 2 years now and they about the only wheels that can handle decent weight (finding a tyre to match for load carrying is the hard part though).

I mainly used them as they don't stand out that much and I wanted 17"s on the work ute.

I was tempted in using the Territory GHIA wheels on the ute ... but out them on the Territory instead ... I have another set of Territory steel rims sitting the shed with the old 235/60R17 rubber on it.

Too many wheels sitting at home ... although i wanted to get a set of Territory TS 5-spoke alloys and try them on the ute though (with the 45 series rubber instead of the 60-series).

Although if i can get my hands on some Territory turbo rims ... I might give those a go as well ... as they are 18" and load rated to handle a ton (again getting tyres to suit would he hard though ... i'd go for the highest load rating tyre I could possibly get.)
