Hey all, When I got my car, one of the low beams wasnt working so it got fixed in the roadworthy. Now after I got my car back from a ford service, it isn't working again. however when I put on highbeams, it does work! I'm a bit of a headlight noob, does this bulb have an extra filament for the highbeam? Also, I read the user handbook on how to remove the bulbs in question and its a bit of a squeeze, would I have to remove the battery and shroud?

yes they have 2 filament, one low beam, one high beam. if you have small hands you might be able to change it, otherwise you will have to take the battery out.

take it back to the dealer and get them to look at the wiring and connections.
